Metropolitan Mortgage Corporation (MMC) was organized in 1997, prior to this we were known as Metropolitan Service Company. 

As part of our primary business focus, MMC originates agency-eligible and non-conforming mortgage loans through our retail lending division. This full-service focus enables MMC to provide a service to virtually any customer looking for residential real estate financing.

As part of our business focus MMC brokers all of our agency-eligible and non-conforming mortgage loans to institutional purchasers, including national and regional broker/dealers. Our agency-eligible mortgages are sold as a mortgage-backed securites issued or guaranteed by Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac or Private Investors. 

MMC continues to focus on retail lending as our primary focus of business Through the automation of our World Wide Web application and processing and underwriting systems, we are able to provide a streamlined process at a more cost effective price while improving our customer service.
